Before you agree to buy an aircraft, its a good idea to check it isn't listed on the the personal property securities register.
A search of the PPSR, can check whether any third party has a financial interest in the aircraft. If another party does have a security interest, it's possible the vehicle could be repossessed.
To do your search you will need one or more of;
- registration and nationality mark
- manufacturer's serial number
